Hot yoga is a low impact workout that uses your own body weight to greatly improve muscle tone, endurance, and strength. The heat of the room (though not as hot as Bikram) helps to safely improve flexibility through the postures. What’s more, both the postures and the heat help to stimulate the metabolism to increase calorie burn, weight loss and detoxify the body.

This style of yoga flows from one posture to the next as you move through the series in harmony with your breath. Practicing vinyasa is a full body strength training workout that helps to develop lean muscles and improve flexibility and balance, loosening up the body and providing greater mobility.

Yin Yoga emphasises long held floor postures that work deeply into the connective tissues. This style of yoga helps the body and mind to find stillness in the postures and reduce stress and anxiety by calming mind, body and soul. In addition, the long held postures help improve circulation and joint mobility, and you’ll develop controlled breathing techniques that carry over into your everyday life.
